Our Team.

​Northwest Clean Community Alliance is composed of various stakeholders in the community including people like you. We hope to continue to broaden the alliance with caring individuals and organizations who want to do their part to make a positive difference where they live, work and play.

Co-Founder

​Jasmine Bell Co-Founded NWCCA as a high school senior. Jasmine attended The University of Texas in Austin graduating with honors as a Political Communications major and Pre-Law student. She represented NWCCA in Austin during the legislative session.  While a student at UT, she completed an internship with the American Center for Progress in Washington, D.C. She authored an article on Environmental Justice: "5 Things to Know About Communities of Color and Environmental Justice."  She completed her law degree at Emory University and followed up with a Legal Fellowship in Telecommunications. She currently practices as a Legal Counsel in information technology (IT).  She serves in a technical advisory capacity for NWCCA.

Co-Founder

Chris A. Bell is a Co-Founder and has served as the Director for NWCCA. Chris has been involved in various community awareness and action efforts for over four decades.  His experience includes working for the Texas State Department of Health and in other areas of healthcare and higher education. He has an undergraduate degree in Public Affairs with a concentration in Health Administration. He was a former Congressional Intern in Washington, D.C. during the 99th Congress where he worked with the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the Subcommittee on Health and the Environment and Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee. He has done graduate work in Applied Anthropology with a concentration in Medical Anthropology as well as Non-Profit Management.
